Capitalization tables and pro formas are not legal documents and have no legal effect. They are simply a representation of what the parties believe the underlying legal documents reflect. A significant part of the value that Aumni drives for its customers is that we often find that the legal documents actually reflect something different than is in the capitalization table. This then allows the parties to correct the cap table, or the documents, whichever makes sense in the context, before financial analysis are performed or legal or business decisions made, on inaccurate data.
