The data on the platform is wrong or missing. Why and what do I do?

The data on the platform reflects what is contained in the documents that have been received to date by Aumni. If the data is incorrect or incomplete, that means one or more of the following:

  1. The records outside of the legal documents (i.e., the cap table) are inaccurate and need to be updated.
  2. The documents do not properly reflect what was actually agreed upon and will need to be updated by counsel.
  3. We have not yet received all relevant documents for that transaction. 
  4. We have not yet received the most recent financing for this portfolio company.

If No. 2 is the case, once the documents have been revised and updated by company counsel, please forward the corrected documents to Aumni and we will upload and update the data on the platform.

If Nos. 3 or 4 is the case, please forward us the relevant missing documents and we will upload and update the data on the platform.
