What do I when there is an Audit Flag on a transaction?

If an Audit Flag identifies an error with the documentation or flags a term that surprises you, we recommend reaching out to your attorney or the portfolio company to determine whether it is something that you want to address.

If you do execute new documents or amend existing ones to address the issue, please remember to send us the final executed PDFs of the new documents so we can upload them to the platform, update the data and remove the Audit Flag.
