Accessing Aumni data in your CRM

  1. To begin, create a Custom Field in your Portfolio Companies Report and simply copy-paste your investments’ respective CRM unique IDs (for example, any Affinity IDs unique to each company lead). To learn more about creating and saving Custom Fields, read this article
  2. Then, within Aumni, customize a report that brings in all of the relevant information you want to import into your CRM. Save and Export your Report to a .csv in one click.
  3. Work with your CRM administrator to seamlessly map those data fields to your CRM instance using whatever importing functionality they provide. Now you can access Aumni-audited data straight from your CRM!

Accessing CRM data in Aumni

Want to track external CRM data in Aumni? All you need to do is copy-paste the data from a data export into Aumni’s Custom Fields, no code required. 

  1. Begin by inputting CRM unique IDs into your Aumni Report as a Custom Field (for example, any Affinity IDs unique to each company lead). To learn more about creating and saving Custom Fields, read this article
  2. Export a report from your CRM with all of the information you wish to combine in Aumni.
  3. Sort both Reports by their unique IDs and create blank Custom Fields in Aumni for each column in the export. Select the data in the spreadsheet and copy-paste your dataset directly from into the Aumni platform.
  4. Save your customized Reports and rerun them for instant insight into your proprietary data, fortified by the Aumni Audit process, for empowered internal reporting with just one click of a button.
