What documents do I need to provide Aumni?

Aumni requires specific fields and final, executed PDF copies of the documents listed below to begin extracting your data. 

Depending on the type of event, different information and documents are required. You can also access a full list of the necessary documents to share with Aumni directly in your account via the 'Help' button in the Documents section. 

Requirements for your submitted SOI or Deal Tracker

  • Name of Portfolio company, SPV, or fund-of-fund (including DBA, if any)
  • Transaction type (e.g., pre-seed, Series A, Series D1, dissolved, etc.)
  • Transaction cost (specify currency)
  • Share count per transaction (if equity financing)
  • Date of transaction
  • Legal name of your investing entity(ies) per transaction

For Preferred Stock in C-Corps in Direct Investments

  • Charter: Certificate (or Articles) of Incorporation
  • Stock Purchase Agreement (SPA)
  • Investor's Rights Agreement (IRA)
  • Voting Agreement
  • Right of First Refusal (ROFR) + Co-Sale Agreement
  • Management Rights Letters (MRLs) + Side Letters
  • Stockholder or Shareholder Agreement

For Convertible Securities 

  • Note Purchase Agreement (NPA)
